All dumpster rental services are provided by independent third-party businesses listed in our directory. Any agreement for services is solely between you and the provider you contact.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

Business owners who submit listings through DumpsterGuru represent and warrant that all information they provide is accurate, current, and not misleading. We reserve the right to remove or modify any listing at our discretion.

Inclusion in the DumpsterGuru directory does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of any provider's services, quality, licensing, insurance, or conduct.

4. Reviews and Ratings

Where ratings or reviews are displayed on the Site, they may be sourced from third-party platforms such as Google. DumpsterGuru does not independently verify customer reviews. Ratings and reviews represent the opinions of third parties, not of DumpsterGuru, and we make no warranties as to their accuracy or reliability.

5. No Warranty

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, LISTINGS, AND INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the quality, safety, licensing status, or any other characteristic of any provider listed in the directory.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DUMPSTERGURU AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM:

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will not exceed fifty dollars ($50.00).
